We offer three different packages (4, 8, and 12 packs), depending on how many times per week you would like to meet. Packages are intended to last each student about a month.

Schedule your weekly session(s).
Session times are reserved on a weekly basis in one-hour intervals on weekday afternoons and weekend mornings.

Receive a Zoom link, and start meeting with Rachel!
Students are required to have a laptop or tablet with functional microphone and calendar. Tablets with writing tools (i.e. iPad with Apple Pencil) are strongly recommended.

On-Demand support is the help you need when you need it.
Already feeling overbooked? Not sure where to fit weekly sessions into your schedule? A new form of academic support, our on-demand tutoring program has evolved to meet the needs of today's students.
If you're stuck on one tough problem, I'll send back a video explaining the solution as well as a few similar problems students can use for practice! If you need an essay critiqued, I'll send back a redlined copy of the essay with my suggestions for improving overall theme and voice, as well as smaller suggestions for grammar or diction. All within 48 hours of receiving your assignment!

Frequently asked questions
Q: What makes Equal MindEd different?
We offer options beyond the traditional tutoring setup. Our unique on-demand program offers academic support in all subjects on your own time, meaning that if you have a busy schedule, or are out of town, we will still provide you with any assistance you may need!

We also provide instruction to improve time management, organization, and communication skills, taking our instruction beyond typical classroom needs into the real world.
Q: What happens if I need to reschedule, or miss a live session?
We ask for 24 hour notice before a missed session, if possible. However, we also understand that sometimes life gets in the way, and so if you are unable to give 24 hour notice, we offer two "no penalty" cancellations. After those two cancellations, however, the scheduled session will be counted toward your package or membership total.
Q: What technology is required for the live sessions and video responses?
Live sessions will be conducted in Equal MindEd's Zoom Room. Students will need a computer with a microphone and camera in order to participate. Students are also encouraged to bring a tablet and stylus if they have one so that they may show their work on the screen.
